Christ United Church of Christ, 109 S. Chestnut St., Bath, will hold its annual ham and string bean dinner Saturday, Aug. 23, from 4 to 7 p.m. in the fellowship hall.

The proceeds this year will benefit the furnace project.

St. John's Nursery School, 206 E. Main St., Bath, is holding registration for the 2014-15 school year.

The three-year-old program will take place Monday and Wednesday or Tuesday and Thursday, from 9-11:30 a.m.. The four-year-old program will occur Monday, Wednesday and Friday, from 9-11:30 a.m. or 12:30-3 p.m.

There is also a program from Monday to Friday for 4-year-olds, from 9-11:30 a.m.
