Patricia M. Colson of Emmaus, died peacefully at home Aug. 12, 2014. She was the wife of the Rev. Dr. Charles E. Colson.

She taught art in several private and public schools over the course of her career.

She was active in Faith Presbyterian Church, Emmaus, especially the partnership activities the church conducted with the Riamukurwe Parish in Nyeri, Kenya.

She is survived by her husband; sons, Ethan, of Fort Collins, Colo., Andrew and his wife Holly of Black Mountain, N.C., Benjamin and his wife Sarah, of Fort Collins, Colo.; six grandchildren; sister, Carol Reagan and her partner Mike Scott, of Utah; brother, Gary Reagan and his wife Kathy, of Minnesota.

A service of Thanksgiving will be held 11 a.m. Sept. 13 at Faith Presbyterian Church, Second and Cherokee sts., Emmaus.

Contributions may be made to the Celebration Fund at the church.
