The Bach Choir of Bethlehem will hold new member auditions by appointment Aug. 28 and 29, and Sept. 3 at First Presbyterian Church of Bethlehem, 2344 Center St., Bethlehem.

Singers accepted into the internationally-renowned choir will participate in five concerts during the 2014 - '15 concert season, and the 108th Bethlehem Bach Festival.

They will also have the option to participate in The Choir's acclaimed Bach to School and Bach at Noon educational outreach programs.

Weekly choir rehearsals are held 7:30 - 9:30 p.m. Mondays, First Presbyterian Church of Bethlehem.

Available positions include places for four Bach Choir Choral Scholars chosen from experienced and talented high school seniors, who are encouraged to audition.

Singers should prepare an aria or song , with one or two selections. Vocalizing and sight-reading will be required. Bach Choir Artistic Director and Conductor, Greg Funfgeld will accompany singers.

Audition times are: 3:30 - 5:30 p.m. Aug. 28, 3:30 - 5:30 p.m. Aug. 29 and 4 - 6 p.m. Sept. 3.
