Robert J. Lasko Sr., 82, of Bethlehem died Aug. 6, 2014 at Gracedale Nursing Home. Born in Bethlehem, he was a son of the late Joseph and Anna (Tronovich) Lasko. He was the husband of the late Geraldine "Bunny" (Guzzo) Lasko for 53 years of marriage.

He graduated from Bethlehem High School.

He served in the Navy from 1951 to 1955.

He worked for the Bethlehem Steel in the Research Department for over 30 years and later as the equipment manager for the Moravian College athletic teams.

He was a member of the St. Bernard's RC Beneficial Club.

He is survived by four sons, Robert J. Jr. and wife Sharon of Palmer Twp., Thomas W. of Bethlehem, John D. and wife Cathy of Mountain Top and James R. and wife Carol of Bethlehem; a daughter, Nancy and husband Cub Strobel of Bethlehem; 11 grandchildren, Lisa, Daniel, Michael, David, Michelle, Anthony, Joseph, John, Megan Lasko, Jason Strobel and Jennifer Barnes; and great-grandchildren, Jackson, Jocelyn and Luke.

He was predeceased by a brother, Joseph.
