The members of Cub Pack 103 at St. Elizabeth of Hungary Parish, Whitehall, have completed their bear requirements and graduated to Webelos 1 in July. The group got to enjoy a raingutter regatta contest followed by a cookout and rides on a motorboat in the Lehigh River.
