Chester A. DiRomualdo, 80, of Macungie, died July 30, 2014, at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township. He was the husband of Mildred (Samus) DiRomualdo for the past 54 years. Born in Frackville, he was the son of the late Luigi and Esperanza (DiBonifazio) DiRomualdo.
He was a Class of 1959 graduate of Penn State University.
He was an Army veteran who served in the Korean War.
He was a pharmaceutical salesman for Wyeth Laboratories in Paoli for many years until retiring.
He was a member of St. Thomas More Catholic Church, Allentown.
He was a Penn State enthusiast who loved tailgate parties and watching the football games at Beaver Stadium and was an avid golfer.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by two children, Lori A. and her husband William Marshall, of Harleysville and Mark L., of Allentown; two grandchildren, Gregory and Sarah Marshall; and nieces and nephews close to his heart, John McCarthy, Mary Meder and Patricia Nawa and their children, Matthew, Elizabeth, Amy, Kyle, Chrissy, Madeline, Charlie, and Audrey.
He was predeceased by a son, Matthew.
