Police arrested 38-year-old Andrea Baggest of 11th Avenue for allegedly driving while intoxicated on 12th Avenue around 12:25 a.m. July 20.

She was pulled over for a common traffic violation and officers determined she was drunk. She is charged with a driving citation and DUI.

Baggest was arrested for punching a man several times in the face July 11, for which she was charged with simple assault.
