Lucas Vitalos, a senior at Salisbury High School, stands with Kreg Ulery, chair, Salisbury Township Environmental Advisory Committee. Vitalos, a son of Bill and Karen Vitalos, is a member of Troop 146, Trexler District, Minsi Trails Council, Boy Scouts of America, which meets at Jerusalem Evangelical Lutheran Church, 1707 Church Road, Salisbury Township. Vitalos attended the July 16 STEAC meeting in the Salisbury Township Municipal Building to fulfill a requirement for a Communication Merit Badge for the Eagle Scout rank.
