Fay M. Gross, 85, of Emmaus, died June 30, 2014, in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township. She was the wife of Peter G. Gross, Sr. They celebrated 67 years of marriage. Born in Macungie, she was the daughter of the late Paul T. and Margaret (McClellen) Hallman.

She was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Emmaus and was a graduate of Emmaus High School, Class of 1946.

She was employed by the Emmaus Public Library for several years until retiring and had continued to volunteer at the library following her retirement.

She is survived by her husband; son, Michael D. and his wife Deborah, of Allentown; former daughter-in-law, Melody (Gross) Wesley; grandchildren, Stephen, Tonya Urban and Tara Westbrook; nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a son, Peter G., Jr. in 1992; daughter, Diane in 1948 and a brother, Donald Hallman.
