Jack O'Connell of Whitehall carries a candle into the sanctuary at the beginning of the first church Mass of the new St. John Fisher Parish, North Catasauqua. The church held its first Mass July 12 at the former St. Andrew Parish church building, which now serves as the worship location for St. John Fisher.
