Police arrested 38-year-old Andrea Baggest of 11th Avenue for allegedly striking an unidentified male around 11:30 p.m. July 11.

According to police, during an unspecified dispure Baggest punched the man six times in the face, bruising his eyes and bloodying his nose.

Baggest is charged with harassment and simple assault.
