Kathryn L. "Kitty" Walls, 85, of Macungie, formerly of Cape May, N.J. and Bethlehem, died peacefully June 30, 2014, in Cedarbrook, Fountain Hill Annex. She was the wife of Richard J. Walls. They were married 64 years on June 17. Born in Guth's Station, she was the daughter of the late Frederic H. and Hester A. (Odenwelder) Albright.

She graduated from Allentown High School in 1946.

She retired in 1980 from the banking industry, having worked at the former 1st Valley Bank, Bethlehem and the former Merchants Bank, Allentown.

She was a member of St. Thomas More Catholic Church, Allentown, and was one of the original members of Notre Dame of Bethlehem.

She was a volunteer for hospice organizations in Bethlehem and Cape May in the 1980's. She loved to play bridge, bike, walk and read. She treasured her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband; children, Tim and his wife Patricia, of Vancouver, B.C., Canada, Karen W. wife of George P. White, of Bethlehem, Cynthia J. wife of Jeffrey Jensen and Kevin M., all of Littleton, Colo.; sister, Lucille Houston, of Easton, Md.; grandchildren, Josh, Jessi, Ruthie, Tim, Reece, Wes, Dylan and Justice; great-grandchildren, Cody, Liam, Cori and Donovan. She was predeceased by a brother, Robert; a sister, Alice.
