Stella Silfies Strunk, 100, died June 25, 2014, at Moravian Hall Square, Nazareth, where she resided since 2002. She was the wife of the late Albert Strunk II.
Born in Moore Township, she was a daughter of the late Quilles and Hannah Silfies of Moore Township and Point Phillips.
She was an inspector in a Bangor glove factory and a ladies' coats salesperson for Dobnoff's clothing store.
She was a member of the Allentown Garden Club and was an avid bridge player.
She was a member of St. John's Evangelical and Reformed Church, now St. John's United Church of Christ, Fullerton.
She is survived by a sister, Dorothy Tanczos of Bethlehem; two sons, Albert L. Strunk III of Davidsonville, Md. and Jeffrey W. Strunk of Northampton; two granddaughters, Christine Strunk Woods of Parkville, Md., and Sarah Strunk Couchman of Vienna, Va.; and four great-grandchildren, Vivian and Anderson Woods and Jonathan and Clayton Couchman.
