Police arrested a man for possession of 87.5 grams of marijuana and intent to sell the morning of July 1.

The Colonial Regional Police Department in conjunction with the Northampton County Drug Task Force and the Moore Township Police Department concluded a yearlong investigation to marijuana importation with the arrest of Kurt Krywonis.

Police successfully purchased from him on two separate occasions in 2013 and obtained a warrant for his arrest.

The search yielded 86.5 grams of marijuana. A search warrant for his vehicle yielded $15,000 in cash and an additional gram.

Krywonis, 28, of West Beersville Road in Bath, was remanded to Northampton County Prison and is charged with possession and possession with intent to deliver.
