Howard David Huber, 70, of Germansville, died July 1, 2014, in his home surrounded by his loving family.
He was the husband of Dianne M. (DeLong) Huber.
Born April 9, 1944, in Quakertown, he was the son of the late Howard Hallman and Roberta Mary (Reese) Huber.
He was a truck driver for the last 50 years.
Active in the life of his church and community, he was a member of Hope Community Church, a former volunteer with the Northwestern Ambulance Corps, a past president and firefighter with the Goodwill Fire Co. No. 1, Germansville, and the Christian Motorcycle Association.
An avid outdoorsman, he enjoyed hunting and fishing and was very proud to be a card-carrying member of the NRA.
In addition to his loving wife of 50 years, he is survived by sons, Rodney J. and his wife, Kimberley, of Fleetwood, H. Kevin Huber and his wife, Lisa, of Germansville; daughter, Lisa A. Huber and her companion, Nicholas Curry, of Topton; sister, Patricia A. Hillegas, of Quakertown; and grandchildren Joshua, Courtney, Alex, Zachary and Michael.
