Donald A. Reppert, 87, of Macungie, died July 1, 2014, at his home. He was the husband of the late Ellen (Ribacosky) Reppert.

Born in Northampton, he was a son of the late Arthur and Helen (Smith) Reppert.

He was a sergeant in the U.S. Air Force during World War II.

He was a senior project engineer for 20 years for Monsanto Inc., St. Louis, Mo., until retiring in 1985. He was a consulting engineer for Garden State Tanning, Fleetwood, for three years.

He is survived by a son, Matthew D. of Bethlehem; a daughter, Cindy Lou and her husband D. Gregory Ault of Miami, Fla.; and a granddaughter, Stephanie Ault of Miam, Fla.
