DUI
Ronald Richebacher, 26, of Bethlehem, was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence after an traffic stop on Cedar Crest Boulevard, north of Lower Macungie Road, 12:14 a.m. June 9. Richebacher allegedly showed signs of intoxication and was transported for processing.
Public intoxication
Justin Poss, 25, of Catasauqua and Seth Kane, 26, of Allentown, were charged with summary public drunkeness after they were seen intoxicated and being an annoyance at 4900 Hamilton Blvd., 3:02 a.m. June 8.
Criminal mischief
Reported by a resident in the 5200 block of Green Lawn Drive, Lower Macungie Township, a suspicious bag was left on a front porch and an unknown liquid was seen seeping from the bag between 5 and 5:45 p.m. June 4. It was determined an unknown actor placed a bag of frozen jello on the porch.
Reported in the 3500 block of Durham Drive, Lower Macungie Township, an unknown actor removed lug nuts from automobile tires between 10:30 p.m. May 16 and 11:30 a.m. May 17.
Burglary
Reported in the 5000 block of Valley Stream Lane, Lower Macungie Township, an unknown actor entered a residence and took several pieces of jewelry between 1 and 5:30 p.m. June 8.
Reported by Traylor Party Rentals, 4502 Hamilton Blvd., Lower Macungie Township, an unknown actor broke into the building and took $200.80 from a safe between 5 p.m. June 6 and 7:30 a.m. June 7. Anyone with information may contact Pennsylvania State Police at 610-395-1438.
Theft
Reported in the 6700 block of Hickory Road, Lower Macungie Township, an unknown actor called a resident and convinced her to send $6,000 to pay for fake charges to a country in South America 2:30 p.m. April 28.
Reported in the 9900 Hauser Road, Lower Macungie Township, an unknown actor took $1,000 in cash overnight May 29.
Reported by a youth, no age given, in Farmington Hills Park, Lower Macungie Township, three males worked together to take the boy's cellphone from a bench in the park while the boy was playing basketball 6:45 p.m. June 11. The men were described as black. One had a goatee and buzz cut, one had a beard and short afro and one had a short afro and was clean shaven. The youth saw the men take his phone and flee the park in an older blue Hyundai sedan with silver rims and minor damage to the driver's side bumper. Reported by a resident along Meadow Lane, Lower Macungie Township, an unknown actor removed a lacrosse net from a driveway between June 2 and June 7.
Theft from motor vehicle
Reported by a resident in the 1200 block of Oaks Drive, Lower Macungie Township, unknown actors opened unlocked doors to trailers, stole several items and fled the scene between 12:01 and 5 a.m. May 28.
