To the Editor:

Thank you to Jane Aylor Fretz.

I was happy but surprised to see her letter to the editor (Parkland Press, June 19) since my letter a few years ago was not printed ... probably it was too harsh against your opinion.

I had discontinued the paper because of your nonfactual and biased opinions, but I missed the rest of the paper, so I subscribed again.

I know a lot of my friends and neighbors agree with Jane.

The Parkland newspaper is a local newspaper, not meant to be a puppet of fear-mongering media and non-factual Fox news.

Maybe one day the Parkland Press will truly have an editor who is fair and balanced.
