LV FILM FESTIVAL

The early deadline, which is free of charge, for the 2014 Greater Lehigh Valley Filmmaker Festival (GLVFF) is Aug. 15.

The late deadline is Sept. 12, for which there is a $10 fee per submission.

The fee is waived for high school and college students.

Submissions may be dropped off or mailed to the attention of Ryan Hill, ArtsQuest Programming Manager, Comedy and Cinema, ArtsQuest Center, SteelStacks, 101 Founder's Way, Bethlehem, Pa. 18015.

The 2014 GLVFF is Nov. 6 - 8, Frank Banko Alehouse Cinema, ArtsQuest Center.

Festival awards include Best Feature, Best Short (15 - 50 min.), Best Short (15 min.), Best Commercial-Viral Video, Best TV Pilot-Web Series, Best Documentary and Audience Award.

The 2014 GLVFF will be juried. The jury will be announced. Award winners will be announced the night of Nov. 8 in a ceremony at the Frank Banko Alehouse Cinemas.

Sought is work from new and seasoned filmmakers from the Greater Lehigh Valley. Filmmakers from eastern Pennsylvania and central-western New Jersey are welcome to send submissions.
