Barbara J. Nesfeder, 73, of Salisbury Township, formerly of Plainfield Township and Nazareth, died peacefully May 31, 2014, at home surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of the late Robert K. Nesfeder with whom she shared 47 years of marriage prior to his death in 2006. Born in Nazareth, she was the daughter of the late Grover E. and Helen (Feller) Hawk.

She attended Nazareth High School. She served as a nurse aide at Gracedale for 22 years before retiring.

She enjoyed ceramics and loved animals.

She is survived by sons, Randy A. and his wife, Dodie with whom she resided, and Keith R., of Bethlehem; five grandchildren, Alan, Colton, Kassy, Jeffrey and Joelle.

Memorial contributions may be made in her name to the Center for Animal Health & Welfare, 1165 Island Park Road, Easton, 18042.
