Lorraine L. Wolfinger, 84, of Coplay, died May 27, 2014, in Orwigsburg Center.

She and her husband Willard T. Wolfinger celebrated their 67th wedding anniversary on May 24.

Born Nov. 2, 1929, in New Ringgold, Schuylkill County, she was the daughter of the late Lewis Michael Sr. and Eva Mae (Schaeffer) Fender.

She was a knitter at various textile mills in the Lehigh Valley for many years before retiring.

A dog groomer, she also bred poodles for many years.

She was of the Lutheran faith.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by a grandson, Bryan Scott Wolfinger of Jenkintown; daughter-in-law Ellen Scherer of Allentown; and many nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by a son Larry W., and siblings Lewis Michael Jr. and Betty Jane Schwenk.
