Eleanor M. Klinger, 89, of Schnecksville, died June 2, 2014, in her home.

She was the wife of the late Edward P. Klinger.

Born June 3, 1925, in Wapwallopen, Luzerne County, she was the daughter of the late Russell W. and E. Mae (Smith) Chapin.

She was a member of St. Paul's Anglican Church, Allentown.

Having a love for creating artistic expressions of art, using various mediums, she was a past president of the Parkland Art Club.

She also was an avid gardener.

Her survivors incluude a son, Harold E. Featherman and his wife, Helen, of Bloomfield, N.Y.; daughter, Candace M. Dailey and her husband, Robert, of Northampton; stepdaughters Janice Picinich of McHenry, Ill., Barbara Klinger of Bloomington, Ind.; two grandsons; four great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and two stepgrandsons.

Her memorial service will be 11 a.m. June 28, 2014 at St. Paul's Anglican Church, 25th and Livingston streets, Allentown, with the Rev. Joseph S. Falzone, rector, officiating.

Visitation will be from 10-11 a.m. Saturday in the church.
