Police arrested a man for drug possession at the Cherry Lane Holiday Inn Express May 29.

According to police, Dequan Allen, 18, or Reading, had left a sunglasses case on the premesis some time earlier and returned just before noon. Police suspected the case contanied cocaine, and were allegedly justified.

Allen is charged with possession of a controlled substance.
