Police arrested a young New York man for inappropriate behavior with a female on East Morton Street May 28.

According to police, Pedro Cabrera, 20, of West 108th Street in New York City, grasped the victim on the stomach, breasts and bottocks without consent. He also allegedly stole her iPhone 5.

Cabrera is charged with theft, indecent assault and indecent exposure.
