David Shallcross of the Pennsylvania State Attorney General's office will talk on "A Presentation on Fraud" to residents of the Fred B. Rooney Building at 1:30 p.m. June 16. The YWCA of Bethlehem will host the event in the the Community Room, Rooney Building, Four E. Fourth St. Janis Parilla, also with the Attorney General's Office, will provide Spanish translation.
