Police arrested two 22-year-old men outside Molly's Irish Grille on East Fourth Street around 2 a.m. June 1.

Antonio Santiago, of East Raspberry Street, and Clarke Freeman, of East Market Street in York, are both charged with disorderly conduct and public drunkenness.
