Petersville Rod and Gun Club, 550 Club Road, Bath, will host a pig roast this Saturday, from 1 to 6 p.m.

The public is welcome.

There will be a cash bar and the kitchen will be open.

For ticket information, call 610-261-2210 after 4 p.m.

Also, on Saturday, June 21, from 2 to 6 p.m. the club will have a family picnic. Refreshments are included with the price of tickets, $1 each or six for $5.

On Saturday, June 21, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., Klecknersville Rangers Volunteer Fire Company will hold a barbecue chicken dinner.

The dinner will include half chicken, filling, salad, roll and dessert.

For take-out, call the day of dinner or for more information call 610-837-1901.

Emmanuel's Lutheran Church, 3175 Valley View Drive, Bath, will hold their vacation Bible school titled "Wilderness Escape" beginning Sunday, June 22 through Thursday, June 26.

Tribes will travel together to worship, learn about Israelite culture, visit Moses in his tent and dig into Scripture.

A light supper will be served for all from 5:30 to 6 p.m., Monday through Thursday only. After supper, participants will gather in the fellowship hall for an opening celebration at 6 p.m.

The evening concludes at 8 p.m.

Station and tribe leaders are needed.
