Burglary
An unknown actor crawled on the roof of a home in the 3000 block of Salisbury Hills Drive, punched out a wall and entered the home. Jewelry, a revolver and other items were removed. The incident was reported 11:50 p.m. May 27.
Retail theft
Danielle Kupchak, 37, of Allentown, was charged with retail theft and possession of an instrument of crime 1:23 p.m. May 30 after an incident at Bon-Ton, 3300 Lehigh St. Kupchak allegedly took five shirts and two pairs of jeans into a fitting room and exited without the items. They were allegedly found in her large purse as she exited the store. Two pairs of wire snips were also found allegedly used to remove security devices. The total value of clothing is $314.99. She was taken to Central Booking for processing.
Criminal mischief
A resident in the 1600 block of Hillcrest Avenue reported 10:55 p.m. May 30 an unknown actor knocked over a mailbox valued at $50.
A resident in the 1300 block of East Emmaus Avenue reported 7:45 a.m. June 2 an unknown person damaged a swimming pool and may have entered the garage.
An unknown person allegedly ran over or blew up a mailbox in the 1400 block of Black River Road sometime between 8 p.m. June 2 and 5 a.m. June 3. The mailbox is valued at $150.
An unknown actor entered a garage sometime overnight June 5 and poured three cans of paint and spackling all over the interior and exterior of a Ferrari.
Theft
An unknown actor removed a mailbox and post from a home in the 800 block of Public Road 4:27 a.m. May 31. The mailbox and post are valued at $50.
An unknown person removed a pink Huffy mountain bike from a back patio of a home in the 1400 block of Salisbury Road sometime during the day June 3. A neighbor saw an unknown actor going through a vehicle on the property at the same time.
Theft from vehicle
A resident in the 1300 block of East Emmaus Avenue reported 10:18 a.m. May 31 an unknown actor removed change from an unlocked vehicle on the property.
A resident in the 600 block of Scholl Avenue reported 8:02 p.m. June 4 an unknown actor broke the rear latch of a truck cap on a vehicle on the property and removed various tools. The driver's side window was also broken.
A vehicle parked at Knopf Automotive, 3401 Lehigh St., was discovered vandalized 8:30 a.m. June 5. All four wheels and tires were removed at a value of $1,440.
Suspicious vehicle
A suspicious vehicle was reported 4:50 a.m. June 1 in the 2800 block of Green Acres Drive. Police found two teens jumping on their vehicle after delivering newspapers. They were told to move on.
Criminal trespass
A homeowner in the 2500 block of South Church Street told police 6:52 p.m. June 1 people have been trespassing on the property and asked police to tell them to leave.
Arson
An unknown person set fire to a mattress in Walking Purchase Park, Constitution Drive, 6 p.m. June 2.
DUI
Angelia Petri, 33, was charged with driving under the influence 6:23 p.m. June 2 after a motor vehicle accident at Daisy Hill Market, 1848 E. Susquehanna St. Petri allegedly crashed her vehicle into a pole at Daisy Hill and allegedly handed a bottle of vodka to an employee asking him to get rid of it. After being administered field sobriety tests, Petri was taken to Central Booking for processing.
Assault
A 17-year-old male was suspended following an alleged assault on another student 12:37 p.m. June 2 at Salisbury High School, 500 E. Montgomery St. The alleged assault occurred during lunch in the cafeteria where he allegedly punched another student in the face several times. He will be charged with simple assault.
