John E. Moyer, 85, of Emmaus, died May 31, 2014. He was the husband of the late Lulu Moyer for 63 years until her death on May 16, 2014. Born in Bethlehem, he was the son of the late John F. and Ella S. (Tichener) Moyer.

He loved bowling, was a member of the Bethlehem Bowlers Hall of Fame, and was president of the American Juniors Bowling Congress for many years.

He is survived by sons, Theodore R., John W. and Bruce A.; daughters, Kathleen Cross, Jeanne Ueberroth and Irene Steffans; seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; many other loving family and friends.
