Carol A. Grammes, 77, of Trexlertown, died June 8, 2014, at home. She and her husband Roland E. Grammes were married 56 years last August. Born in Bethlehem, she was the daughter of the late Albert and Loretta (Williams) Klotz.

She owned and operated Carol's Ceramics, Trexlertown, for more than 25 years before retiring.

Previously, she was a secretary for the former Ritter and Yost Motor Company for several years.

She was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Trexlertown.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by stepmother Joyce Klotz, of Bethlehem; son Bryan and his wife, Renee, of Allentown; daughter Bonnie, wife of Paul Froehlich, of Trexlertown; sister Lorlene, wife of Richard Geiger, of Kutztown; and grandchildren Henata, Leandro, Katarina and Briana.

Services will be 10 a.m. June 14 in the church, 8227 Hamilton Blvd. Call 9 to 10 a.m. in the church. Arrangements were made by Schmoyer Funeral Home, Breinigsville.
