Paul E. Edelman, Sr., 70, of Mac-ungie, died May 20, 2014, in Mosser Nursing Home. He was the husband of Shirley (Moyer) Edelman. Born in Lower Macungie Township, he was the son of the late Albert and Verna (Confer) Edelman.

He worked as a truck driver for A&B Stone and was a school bus driver for the East Penn School District.

He is survived by sons, Ralph Kleinsmith and his wife Kim, of Bethlehem and Paul E., Jr., of Emmaus; daughter, Dolores and her husband Charles Reifinger, of Pennsburg; son-in-law, Bill Fisher, of Dover; grandchildren, Courtney, Kirsten, Derek, Megan, Madison, Emmalie, Lorraine, Timothy and Charlie; six great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by a daughter, Beverly Fisher; grandson James; two brothers; two sisters.

A memorial service will be held 1 p.m. June 14, 2014, in New Jerusalem Evangelical Lutheran Church, 3233 Apples Church Road, Bethlehem. Arrangements were made by the Schantz Funeral Home, P.C., Emmaus.
