Rebecca A. Borrelli, 64, of Coplay, died May 6, 2014, in St. Luke's Hospital–Fountain Hill. She was the wife of Joseph Borrelli for 21 years.
She was a daughter of Jane A. (Baderschneider) Still of Coplay.
She was an Allentown High School graduate.
She was the former owner and operator of the Tally Ho, Maui, Hawaii; Mother Beck's Diner, Ithaca, N.Y.; and the R&R Café, Allentown. She was a waitress at the Village Inn, Limerick Hotel, Youell's Oyster House, The Aspen Inn and the Center Valley Golf Course. She was a partner of BBI Investments.
In addition to her husband and mother, she is survived by a daughter, Melissa and her husband Jose Figueroa of Allentown; two sons, Joseph and his wife Debbie Smalley of Kempton and William of Shoemakersville; seven grandchildren; and three great–grandchildren.
