Motion detector set off
Coplay police on Sunday responded to a reported motion detector activated at the Escolona Party Supplies warehouse in the 100 block of Coplay Street.
Patrol officers found nothing amiss in the area.
Vehicle accident
Police responded to a hit-and-run vehicle accident Saturday morning in the 1200 block of Chestnut Street.
John Pavlick, of Northampton, told police his parked 2002 Buick was struck by a vehicle whose driver failed to stop after the accident.
Police said there was damage to the driver's side mirror.
Alarm set off
Officers were called to Paulie's Family Restaurant, Chestnut and Ruch streets, 8:43 a.m. May 21.
Police spoke with the owner who said there was nothing unusual at the restaurant.
Wheelchair stolen
Police responded to a report of a stolen wheelchair May 19.
The wheelchair was taken overnight from the back of a parked vehicle in the unit block of South Second Street, police said.
The wheelchair was later recovered at the Chestnut and North Ruch streets area.
