ES, MS students:Vocabulary Olympics

On May 1, BASD ES and MS ESOL students gathered at the Broughal Middle School auditorium for the third annual Power Vocabulary Olympics. The event emphasis a demonstration of vocabulary skills. Tiebreak questions were needed for almost every level.

Liberty: LHS-SLUHN breakfast May 23

LHS School 2 Work and St. Luke's Hospital will hold their annual breakfast from 8 to 9 a.m. May 23 in the LHS library. To share what the School-to-Work Program is all about, RSVP by May 19 to llopez@kbeth.k12.pa.us.

Calsyso: Carnival May 31

Calypso ES will hold their annual carnival form noon to 4 p.m. May 31 at the school.There will be games, food, a dunk tank, art tables and fun. Everyone is welcome.
