Mildred L. Mays, 87, of Slatington, formerly of McKeesport, died May 17, 2014, in St. Luke's Hospital, Allentown.

She was the wife of the late Edwin L. Mays.

Born February 2, 1927, in Clairton, Allegheny County, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Mary (Miller) Cummins.

She was a school bus driver in the Elizabeth Forward School District, Elizabeth, for 20 years before retiring in 1978.

Since her formal retirement, she worked part time as a masseuse in McKeesport for several years.

She was a member of Schnecksville Senior Citizens and Union Evangelical Lutheran Church, Schnecksville.

Her survivors include children, Timothy E. of McKeesport, Deborah C. Trimpey and her husband, Roger, of Buena Vista, Linda J. Trumbauer and her husband, Joseph, with whom she resided, Roberta Lee Mays of Mc-Keesport, Lori A. King of Buena Vista; nine grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
