Charles D. Nace, 54, from Schnecksville, died on May 16, 2014, in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township.

He was the husband of Ann M. (Brothers) Nace.

Born Aug. 13, 1959, in York, he was the son of the late Charles W. and Louise (Kessler) Nace.

A champion wrestler, he graduated from West York High School and from Franklin and Marshall College in 1981.

He was director of finance for the last 23 years at Lehigh Valley Health Network.

An avid cyclist, he was a sports enthusiast and outdoorsman, co-founding the Parkland Area Soccer Club.

He was a member of Union United Church of Christ, Neffs.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by sons, Charles J. at home, Eric C. of Atlanta, Ga.; stepchildren, Maxwell E. Hirsh of Madison, Wis., Calla A. Hirsh of Bethlehem; sister Linda Gilkey and her husband, Robert, of York; several nieces and nephews.

Services will be private, at the convenience of the family. No calling hours.
