Copper wire stolen
from PPL facility
Upper Macungie Township police say Steve Molner reported 2,000 feet of copper wire was stolen from the PPL Wescosville Substation, 5030 Cetronia Road.
Police say Molner, a general foreman for Matrix, who was contracted to do work at the substation, discovered the copper wire missing around 6:45 a.m. May 5.
The wire was last seen at 3:20 p.m. May 2.
Tools stolen
from shed
Police say Ryan Kazmierski of Emmaus reported a lock was damaged and various tools were stolen sometime between May 2 and May 5 from a shed at 575 Independent Road, Upper Macungie Township.

Security system
reported stolen
Police say a new 16-camera security system in a box was stolen 7 p.m. May 6 from Fitzpatrick Container, 6823 Schantz Road.
Police say the system is valued at $3,099.99.
