Jaime Onell Garcia-Benabe, 21, of Lancaster, was stopped for an alleged traffic violation 11:39 p.m. on April 21 on I-78 westbound, Upper Macungie Township, State Police Troop M Fogelsville say.

Police allege during the traffic stop, Garcia-Benabe showed signs of impairment from marijuana.

Garcia-Benabe was taken into custody for driving under the influence and transported to the Lehigh County Central Booking Center for processing and a blood draw, police say.

Charges will be filed with District Judge Michael Faulkner, Upper Macungie Township, pending results of the blood test.
