A newly formed 40th Senatorial District will take shape December 2014. Local voters in Allen Township, Bath and Moore Township are now part of the 40th. The candidates running in the 40th include Republican Mario M. Scavello and Democrats Mark Aurand, Joe Capozzoll and Scott Parsons. Unfortunately, The Press did not attempt to reach the candidates for their responses.
