Betty J. Anthony, 86, residing at Cornerstone Country Living, New Tripoli, formerly of Bake Oven Road, Germansville, died May 5, 2014, in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township.

She was the wife of the late Kenneth G. Anthony, who died March 20.

Born Sept. 5, 1927, in Lynn Township, she was the daughter of the late Hugh and Laura E. (Fenstermaker) Parry.

She was a sewing machine operator for various textile mills in the Lehigh Valley for many years before retiring.

She was a member of Christ's Church at Lowhill, New Tripoli.

Her survivors include a son Roger L.; and daughter,Kim L. Dirnbeck and her husband, Eduard, of Slatington.
