Theft from Vehicle

Reported in the 4400 block of Driftwood Lane and the 1500 block of Kaitlyn Road, Lower Macungie Township, unknown actors entered unlocked vehicles taking $260 worth of items from one vehicle and $33 worth of items from another vehicle between 6 p.m. April 22 and 8 a.m. April 23. Anyone with information may contact Pennsylvania State Police at 610-395-1438.

Reported along North Hedegrow Drive and Ascot Circle, Lower Macungie Township, unknown actors removed multiple items from unlocked vehicles and fled the area between 11 p.m. April 28 and 7 a.m. April 29. Burglary

Chad Joseph Grohman, 34, of Allentown, was charged with burglary, terroristic threats, criminal trespass and harassment after he allegedly forced his way into a residence in the 1400 block of Laurel Lane, near Linden Road, Lower Macungie Township, between 3 and 4 a.m. April 23. Grohman allegedly threatened to kill the person at the residence. Grohman turned himself in to State Police at Fogelsville on April 24.

Retail theft

David Feeney, 24, of Emmaus and Anja Slutsky, 23, of Macungie, are charged with retail theft after they allegedly put various items in their pockets and attempted to exit Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 6:02 p.m. April 30. Feeney and Slutsky were confronted by loss prevention personnel at the store. Charges were filed in District Court 31-3-02.

Aggravated Assault

Robert Herman, 76, of Wescosville, was charged with aggravated assault and harassment after he allegedly struck a 27-year-old Allentown man in the face during a brief altercation in a parking lot at 5661 Hamilton Blvd., Lower Macungie Township, 4:19 p.m. April 25. Herman allegedly was carrying a screwdriver at the time and was descirbed as striking the younger man with a closed right fist. Charges were filed through District Court 31-3-02.

Criminal mischief

Reported by a resident in the 5000 block of Lower Macungie Road, Lower Macungie Township, an unknown actor dented the passenger's side door of a vehicle parked in a driveway between 5 p.m. April 25 and 9 a.m. April 26. Anyone with information may contact Pennsylvania State Police at 610-395-1438.

Terroristic threats

Max Emiliano Rolon, 23, of Emmaus, was charged with terroristic threats, simple assult and harassment after he allegedly pushed an 18-year-old woman, causing her to fall onto and break a glass table resulting in an injury to the woman and allegedly threatened another woman, 43, with an axe hammer at a residence in the 5200 block of Buss Drive, Upper Milford Township, all between 6 p.m. and 8:52 p.m. April 28. A 41-year-old man took the axe hammer from Rolon and restrained him until police arrived. Rolon was taken into custody and transported to Lehigh County Booking Center, Allentown. Charges were filed through District Court 31-3-03.
