Police arrested 32-year-old Edgar Hernandez of Allentown following a vehicle stop around 2:15 p.m. May 2.

According to police, Hernandez was pulled because his vehicle was making unnecessary noise in the first block of West Broad Street in Center City. He then provided officers with an incorrect name.

During the arrest, officers allegedly found cocaine.

Hernandez is charged with false ID, license required, possession, possession with intent to deliver, tampering with evidence and the initial noice citation.
