Joan C. Scheetz, 77, of Logan Township, N.J., formerly of Catasauqua, died April 30, 2014, in Inspira Health Network-Woodbury, N.J.

She was the wife of the late James F. Scheetz.

Her survivors include daughters Jill L. Scheetz and Jamie M. Sweeney and her husband Richard, all of Logan Township; grandchildren Taylor, Kelly and Logan; sister Elaine Tibbs of New Tripoli; and brother James Jacksits of Austin, Texas.

She was predeceased by a brother Edward Jacksits of Catasauqua.

Her service was private for the family.

Arrangements were made by Gilbert Funeral Home, Whitehall.
