Police arrested 25-year-old Michael Flanagan of East Broad Street after he became violent with aramedics around 9 p.m. April 19.

Police did not specify why Flanagan was being attended to, but he was allegedly high on mushrooms, LSD and marijuana and became combative, taking a swing at one of the ambulance personnel.

Flanagan is charged with harassment.
