Ronald William Madouse

Ronald William Madouse, 51, of Whitehall, died April 15, 2014, at his home. He was the husband of Wendy L. Eichelberger (Madouse) for 36 years.

Born in Allentown, he was a son of the late William and Sandra (Melata) Madouse.

He was a 1980 graduate of Whitehall High School. He earned a degree from Bloomsburg University and an MBA from Wilmington College.

He was a business teacher at Freedom High School, Bethlehem, and since 1992, was the DECA, FBLA and Financial clubs advisor.

He was a Whitehall High School junior varsity basketball coach since 2004. He coached baseball, basketball and football at the Schaadt Ave. and Hokendauqua playgrounds. He coached basketball in Catasauqua from 1993 to 2003. Earlier he was the softball and assistant football coach in Delaware.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by two sons, Tyler and Tanner, at home; a sister, Mary and her husband Perry Olsen of Knotts Island, N.C.; Wendy's mother, Iris Eichelberger; and all of the Eichelberger, Seitz, Zoller and Lakey families.
