Dorothy J. Mathesz, 78, of Allentown, died April 15, 2014, at her residence. She was the wife of the late Richard L. Mathesz.

Born in Egypt, she was a daughter of the late Peter and Anna (Vojcek) Neupauer.

She was an accounts clerk for Sears, Whitehall.

She was a member of Emmanuel Fellowship Church, Allentown.

She is survived by two sons, Richard J. and his wife Janine of Lower Macungie Township, Gary J. and his wife Brenda of Northampton; four grandchildren, Kayla, Kara, Ricky and Lurena; a great-grandson, Lincoln; and a brother, Cyril Neupauer of Bethlehem Township.

She was predeceased by three sisters, Leona Fedor, Irene Patermo and Helen Neupauer; and three brothers, Peter, David, Joseph.
