Betty J. Gersbach, 84, of Whitehall, died April 15, 2014. She was the wife of the late Paul A. Gersbach Sr.

She was a daughter of the late Charles and Carrie (Henry) Bortz.

She was an AT&T expeditor for 25 years before retiring in 1983.

She was affiliated with Asbury United Methodist Church, Allentown.

She was active in several church ministries.

She is survived by two sons, Paul "Pete" A. Jr. of Whitehall and Thomas A. and his wife Kristine of South Whitehall; and three grandchildren, Elizabeth, Alexis and Erika.
