Betty J. Gersbach, 84, of Whitehall, died April 15, 2014.

The wife of the late Paul A. Gersbach Sr., she was a daughter of the late Charles and Carrie (Henry) Bortz.

An AT&T expeditor for 25 years, she retired in 1983.

Affiliated with Asbury United Methodist Church, South Whitehall, she was active in several church ministries.

Her survivors include sons Paul "Pete" A. Jr. of Whitehall and Thomas A. and his wife, Kristine, of South Whitehall; and three grandchildren, Elizabeth, Alexis and Erika.
