Elsie L. Roth
Elsie L. Roth, 97, formerly of Emmaus, died April 16, 2014, at home, surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of the late Paul E. Roth, who died in April 1991. Born in Kinternersville, she grew up in Bethlehem and was the last surviving of 12 children born to Clayton A. and Myrta A. (Mies) Miller.
She was a nurse assistant for Dr. Ralph E. Stoltz, D.O., in Emmaus, worked at Rodale Manufacturing in Emmaus, and was a waitress at the Hilltop Service Station in Zionsville.
She was a member of Emmanuel Evangelical Congregational Church, Bethlehem, and a former member of Olivet Evangelical Congregational Church and Kings Highway PTA.
She is survived by daughters, Shirley E. Hader, of Moore Township, with whom she resided, Barbarba I. and her husband Barry Bergenstock, of Bushkill Township; four granddaughters, Jennifer and her husband Danny Collazo and their children, Breanna and Keith, of Millstone, N.J.; Che Phoenix her daughter, Eliza Hader, her partner Kahmara Gabri El and their children, Aris and Kavanah, of Catasauqua, Brenna and her husband Jeff Brouillette and their daughter, Madison, of Jupiter, Fla. and Dr. Blayne and her husband Dr. Adam Miller and their son, Coleman, of Warren; many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by siblings, Catharine Jordan, Robert Miller, Fernanna Encarnation, Josephine Kimmel, R. Isabella Stephens, Clayton Miller, Jr., Wilbur Miller, W. Charles Miller, Stanley Miller, Jeannette Miller and Myrta Diefenderfer.

Funeral services will be 11 a.m. April 26, in the Long Funeral Home, 550 Linden St., Bethlehem. Friends may call 10 a.m. until time of service.
