Moravian College Police arrested 22-year-old Shelby Bartholomew after allegedly observing her shoplifting at the Eighth Avenue Wawa March 31.

Police said during investigation they found Bartholomew, of Allentown, had unspecified paraphernalia and a packet of heroin on her.

She is charged with possession of paraphernalia and controlled substances.
